Operations Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain property, client, vendor, and transaction records.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, accounts, legal, and maintenance teams.
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests.
• Schedule property visits, meetings, inspections, and handovers.
• Prepare reports on sales, leads, properties, expenses, and operations.
• Coordinate with brokers, contractors, maintenance staff, and vendors.
• Track agreements, documents, invoices, and other property-related paperwork.
• Monitor property maintenance and resolve operational issues.
• Follow up on payments, documentation, and pending tasks.
• Ensure company policies and processes are followed.
• Support management with MIS reports and administrative work.
• Identify operational problems and coordinate their resolution.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in BA, BSC B.Com, BBA MBA, or any relevant field.
0.631years of experience in operations, administration, sales coordination, or a related field.
Good knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and property transactions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good coordination skills with clients, brokers, vendors, and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
Ability to prepare MIS reports, maintain records, and track daily activities.
