What You'll Do

• Prepare and process POs, quotations, and enquiries
• Follow up with vendors and internal teams on orders
• Coordinate dispatch, delivery, and shipment tracking
• Maintain records and reports in MS Excel
• Generate daily operational reports
• Support admin tasks and ensure accurate documentation
• Follow SOPs and suggest process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Strong MS Excel skills (data entry, formulas, reports)
• Comfortable with MS Office and email communication
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, team player
