Operations Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order processing, and dispatch. The ideal candidate will manage frontline staff, enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive continuous improvement to ensure high service standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Inventory Supervision: Oversee daily inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and inventory control activities.
• Service Delivery: Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and within strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Resource Allocation: Monitor operational workflow and dynamically deploy frontline personnel and resources to meet daily production targets.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise directly with client representatives, transport providers, and internal teams to manage daily operational requirements.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate operational discrepancies or service issues, implement immediate corrective actions, and escalate critical matters when necessary.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce adherence to facility SOPs, workplace safety guidelines, and client-specific handling requirements.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational metrics, and prepare regular productivity and activity reports.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and support process improvement and cost optimization initiatives to enhance overall productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of direct supervisory experience leading frontline operational personnel.

• Industry Background: Prior experience working in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL), manufacturing, or distribution environment is strongly preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
