Operations Executive

About the role

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the centre to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, corrective, and ad-hoc maintenance works by coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
• Conduct routine facility inspections, monitor contractor performance, and ensure the centre's infrastructure remains safe, functional, and well-maintained.
• Support operational projects, including infrastructure setup, system implementation, and operational readiness activities.
• Monitor operational issues, maintenance activities, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports for management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records relating to maintenance, operations, and projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of operational enhancements.
• Perform any other duties or projects as assigned by the Management.

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and meticulousness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Effective communication skills (both phone and email).
• Independent worker with a proactive approach to operations improvement.
• Hands-on and team-oriented, requiring minimal supervision.
