Operations Executive

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Executive to manage field operations , Office

Administration & distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office admin responsibilities.
• When required, manage monthly magazine and flyer distribution across communities.
• Hire, coordinate and manage delivery/distribution manpower.
• Coordinate with distributors, vendors, printers and community contacts.
• Handle document/cheque pick-up and drop and other field assignments.
• Track distribution, manpower and inventory.
• Resolve day-to-day field issues and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain basic reports and records using Excel/Google Sheets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, Admin, field work or manpower coordination.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable with local field travel in Delhi NCR.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Responsible, proactive and comfortable managing people.
• Two-wheeler with god mileage and driving licence is a must.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
