Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations, email handling, coordination, reporting, and data management activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational emails and respond to queries in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements and follow-ups.
• Monitor and track pending tasks and requests.
• Maintain operational reports, records, and databases.
• Use SQL queries for basic data extraction, validation, and reporting.
• Perform data checking and identify discrepancies in operational data.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly operational reports.
• Maintain proper documentation and communication records.
• Coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution of operational issues.
• Escalate pending or critical issues to the concerned senior/team member.
• Perform other operational activities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good email drafting and communication skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of databases and data management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

• Graduate in BCA, B.Tech/B.E., MCA, B.Sc. IT/Computer Science, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
