Operations Executive

We are looking for a responsible and organised Operation Executive to join our Equipment Rental (MEWP) team.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate daily equipment rental operations
• Arrange delivery, collection and technician schedules
• Monitor equipment availability, maintenance and repair status
• Coordinate with customers, technicians, suppliers and internal teams
• Follow up on equipment breakdowns, repairs and spare parts
• Prepare and maintain operational records and documents
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and ready for rental
• Handle other operational duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of relevant operational experience
• Diploma in any major or equivalent qualification
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Responsible, organised and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Mandarin proficiency required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Experience in equipment rental, machinery, logistics or maintenance is an advantage
