About The Role Oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure efficient delivery across all service lines.
Responsibilities
- Monitor operational KPIs and SLA compliance
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Coordinate between teams for seamless delivery
- Prepare operational reports for leadership
- Support resource planning and scheduling
Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in operations management toolsExcellent coordination and communicationKnowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologiesData-driven decision making
Qualifications
- 2+ years in operations or project coordination
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Knowledge of BPO operations preferred
