What they need
Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, PPT and other documents
Provide administrative support to sales team
Support CS team
Other ad-hoc assignments as required
Prepare project reports, monitor campaign performance and analyze data to provide insights
Use AI tools prefer
Requirements:
3 - 5 year experience in retail field
Background in inventory control / Healthcare / CS
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills
Good command of written and spoken Chinese, English & Mandarin
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP)
Immediate available is preferred
