What you will do

• Act as the main liaison with customer representatives to track vessel movement and operations.
• Update and maintain the Daily Operations Schedule.
• Coordinate with internal departments and partner companies to resolve issues promptly.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Assist the management team with various projects as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and service-oriented mindset.

What we are looking for

• Recognized degree or diploma holder with experience in the marine or shipping industry.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with high adaptability, self-motivated, and responsible.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure, with strong project management skills.
