Role: Permanent
Location: Cookham – hybrid (2 days office / 3 days remote)
Salary: £28,000 + benefits

We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Operations Executive to join our Commercial team and play a vital role in delivering outstanding service across our Open Training, Business Solutions and CIM Academy portfolios.

What you'll be doing

• Processing bookings, registrations and customer records accurately and efficiently
• Managing customer enquiries across email, telephone and shared inboxes
• Supporting the delivery of training programmes, learner activities and commercial services
• Maintaining accurate records across CRM and business systems
• Conducting data validation, quality checks and data cleansing activities
• Supporting operational projects, process improvements and departmental initiatives
• Working collaboratively across the Commercial team to ensure an excellent customer experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in an administration, operations or customer support role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Experience using CRM systems and customer databases
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
