Operations Executive

About the role

This role involves executing managing customer relationships, and providing administrative support to the Head of Department. You will track orders and projects, maintain customer databases, compile reports, and liaise with internal teams and subsidiaries on project matters.

Key responsibilities

• Execute enquiry handling including submission of questionnaire, preparation of ATEA and quotation
• Prepare and follow up with customers on special quotation (re-audit, extension audit and etc.)
• Prepare and follow up on contracts issued to customers
• Update enquiry/order tracking chart and Customer Database
• Prepare monthly sales performance report and New Order Report
• Assist Head of Department in carrying out day to day operations and other office activities
• Assist in follow up with customers on overdue payment
• Maintain good relationship with new and existing customers to ensure zero trauma and continuous business
• Monthly compilation of customer complaints/feedback

About you

• Good communication skills
• Resourceful, fast learner and strong interpersonal skills
• Good proficiency in both written and spoken English
• Resilience to always go the extra mile
• Diploma or Degree Level in Business Management or Engineering or any relevant fields
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply
• Candidates with relevant industrial experience will be considered for more senior role
