Role & responsibilities

Manage and monitor multiple Zoom classes simultaneously

• Create, start and coordinate Zoom sessions as per the class schedule
• Coordinate with trainers to ensure sessions start and run smoothly
• Send class updates, reminders, links and announcements in WhatsApp groups
• Respond to basic student queries during sessions and redirect more complex queries to the appropriate team member
• Handle basic operational issues that may arise during live classes
• Download, organize and upload class recordings
• Perform basic Canva editing, such as updating class timetables and existing templates
• Maintain class schedules and other basic operational records
• Coordinate between students, trainers and the internal team
• Assist with other small operational tasks whenever required

Preferred candidate profile

Good spoken and written English is essential

• Comfortable using computers and learning new software/tools
• Basic understanding of Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Drive/Docs/Sheets, email, etc.
• Basic Canva knowledge is preferred but not mandatory training can be provided
• Responsible, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Should be available consistently during 3 PM – 11 PM
• Flexible and willing to learn different operational tasks
• Should have a reliable internet/Wi-Fi connection at home
• Having a personal laptop is preferred
• Comfortable handling occasional work from home related to recordings or session operations when required

Salary: 25,000/month
Probation: 1 Month
Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi
Timing: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
