Airmove is an on-demand transport and delivery platform connecting businesses and customers with reliable transport solutions. We are looking for an organised and proactive Operations Executive to join our growing team and help manage the day-to-day operations of the platform.

About the Role

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating daily jobs, assigning jobs to drivers, monitoring deliveries, communicating with customers and drivers, and ensuring jobs are completed smoothly and on time.

The role will also involve driver onboarding and some recruitment support, making it suitable for someone who enjoys a fast-paced operational environment and is comfortable managing multiple activities at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of Airmove.
• Review incoming jobs and allocate them to suitable drivers.
• Monitor active jobs and ensure they are progressing as scheduled.
• Coordinate with drivers regarding job details, timings, locations and requirements.
• Communicate with customers regarding bookings, delivery updates, delays and changes.
• Follow up on completed and outstanding jobs.
• Handle operational issues and coordinate with the relevant teams to resolve them quickly.
• Assist with driver/contractor onboarding, including collecting required documentation and completing onboarding processes.
• Support the recruitment process for drivers and contractors, including contacting candidates and coordinating initial discussions.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure systems are updated.
• Identify operational issues and escalate matters to management where required.
• Assist with improving processes to make daily operations more efficient.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in operations, logistics, transport, delivery or coordination.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities simultaneously.
• Confident communicating with drivers, customers and internal teams.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with driver recruitment or contractor onboarding will be an advantage.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and basic operational systems.
• A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of tasks.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
