Job Description:
*Responsible for entire end to end operations within area.
*Manage day-to-day operations of team
*Coordinate with the Delivery associates and ensure on time pickup and deliveries.
*Taking care of hub operations (Delivery centre/Trans-shipment gateways)
Planning & building network, executing entire end to end operations.
Taking care of sorting and segregation of inbound and outbound shipments
* Training of new team members and support their skill enhancement.
* Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes.
*Ensure 100% pickup & delivery with success.
