Operations Executive

· Manage all activities related to warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping raw materials, ingredients, and finished products for tea and coffee blending.

· Oversee the organization of the warehouse to optimize space, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure products are stored properly (temperature control, humidity, etc.).

· Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and shipments.

· Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, blends, and packaging supplies to prevent shortages or overstocking.

· Implement a system for regular stock checks, and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).

· Conduct regular audits of inventory, reconciling physical stock with system records and resolving any discrepancies.

· Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring that team members adhere to warehouse processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.

· Develop work schedules and assign daily tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion of operations.

· Foster a positive work environment by motivating and developing the team to meet performance goals.

· Ensure that the warehouse complies with all safety regulations, health guidelines, and legal requirements related to the storage and handling of tea and coffee ingredients.

· Maintain warehouse cleanliness and orderliness to minimize accidents and product contamination.

· Conduct safety training sessions for all warehouse staff and promote a safety-first culture.

· Oversee the proper packaging and labeling of finished products for shipping and ensure that customer orders are prepared accurately and on time.

· Coordinate with the blending and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the production line and the release of finished products for distribution.

· Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities to optimize delivery routes and schedules.

· Continuously review and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the quality of product handling.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
