Operations Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring a detail-oriented Outreach Operations Executive to manage client accounts, track campaign budgets, and coordinate daily client and vendor communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Account & Billing Operations: Manage client ledgers, process campaign invoices, and track payments and campaign budgets.
• Client & Vendor Outreach: Coordinate daily communications between clients, media vendors, and internal agency teams.
• Campaign Tracking: Ensure outreach campaigns run on schedule and deliver performance reports on time.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate client logs, outreach databases, and expense reports in Excel.

Requirements

• Graduate in B.Com, BBA (Finance), or Accounting (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• 0-2 years of experience in agency operations, client handling, or accounts coordination.
• Strong skills in MS Excel and basic accounting principles (invoicing, ledger entries, budgeting).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to track numbers accurately.
