Job Summary

DCS MAJU (M) SDN BHD is a growing company specializing in cleaning and property maintenance services across commercial and government sectors.

We are looking for a committed and hands-on Operations Executive to support daily site operations and ensure smooth coordination across all assigned locations.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations across multiple sites
• Ensure strict compliance with company SOP and client requirements
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and performance
• Conduct site inspections and report operational issues
• Coordinate manpower deployment and replacements
• Ensure proper usage of chemicals, machinery, and stock control
• Liaise with supervisors and assist in resolving site matters
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum Degree in any field
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in cleaning, property maintenance, facilities, or related industry
• Fresh graduates with a strong attitude are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and basic leadership skills
• Able to handle foreign workers and site coordination
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting & Apps usage)
• Possesses own transport and is willing to travel between sites
