THE ROLE_

Activation (Operations) team is part of Talon’s central Hub function and plays a key role in bringing
campaigns to life. The team ensures that all activity is delivered seamlessly and maintained to the
highest standards throughout its duration.
As an Operations Executive, you will support the end-to-end campaign process, from coordinating asset delivery to monitoring live activity, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

A DAY IN THE LIFE_

• Coordinate the end-to-end process for campaign activation across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
• Support the Operations team in the management of campaign delivery and ongoing maintenance.
• Build strong relationships with media owners, printers and other key partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and maintain production status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Liaise with creative agencies and printers on artwork and printing requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Oversee the distribution of digital content and confirm successful implementation.
• Communicate posting instructions and blanking requirements to media owners.
• Ensure all artwork requirements per campaign are fulfilled.
• Work with the inspections team and media owners to resolve any damages promptly.
• Develop and grow industry knowledge through attendance of internal and external training programmes.
