Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily movement of vehicles in and out of the yard.
• Supervise loading/unloading, staging, and dispatch of vehicles.
• Maintain accurate yard inventory and update system records in real-time.
• Inspect vehicles for damages or discrepancies and report any issues.
• Ensure proper placement of vehicles as per layout and plan.
• Communicate effectively with logistics, sales, and service departments to support business needs.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular yard audits.
• Oversee cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of the yard area.
• Train and monitor performance of yard personnel and operators.
• Liaise with transport vendors and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in logistics, automotive, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in yard operations or automotive logistics.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with vehicle handling and inspection procedures.
• Ability to operate yard management systems or inventory tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

• Open yard Managing: 2 years (Preferred)
