Operations Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION – OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (RETAIL)

Location: Nashik
Experience: 2–3 Years in Retail Preferred
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily operations of retail stores.
• Visit stores and check staff attendance, discipline and performance.
• Coordinate with Store Managers regarding daily operations.
• Monitor sales reports and store targets.
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
• Identify and resolve store-related operational issues.
• Submit daily field visit and performance reports.

Eligibility:

• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel and handle full-time fieldwork.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Petrol Expenses: Provided by the company.
