- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and analyse customer utilization trends
- Develop and execute engagement plans to improve adoption and retention
- Conduct periodic utilization reviews and share insights with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute operational strategies to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance service delivery
- Support the design and implementation of retention and value-enhancement programs
- Partner with sales teams to provide operational insights, reports, and data to support client acquisition and retention
- Assist in pre-sales and post-sales operations, including onboarding and service activation
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
