Operations Executive (Multi-Outlet F&B)

Job Purpose

The Operations Executive supports the smooth andefficient daily operations of Sing Swee Kee's outlets in Singapore.

This position is responsible for coordinating manpowerrostering, monitoring outlet operating standards, supporting quality assurance,ensuring proper documentation and acting as a communication bridge betweenoutlet teams and management.

The role combines administrative coordination withregular on-site operational support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manpower Planning & Staff Rostering

• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly staff rostersacross Singapore outlets.
• Coordinate manpower deployment based on outletrequirements, employee availability, approved leave and peak business periods.
• Arrange replacement manpower for absences, medicalleave and unforeseen shortages.
• Track attendance, punctuality, overtime and manpowerallocation.
• Coordinate roster adjustments with outlet managers andsupervisors.
• Support management in monitoring manpower efficiencyand controlling unnecessary overtime.

2. Outlet Operations Coordination

• Conduct regular outlet visits to monitor operationalstandards.
• Follow up with outlet managers on operational issuesand outstanding tasks.
• Coordinate operational requirements between HQ andoutlets.
• Assist in implementing new operational procedures,promotions and initiatives.
• Ensure operational instructions are properlycommunicated and executed.
• Support outlet opening, closure and transitionactivities when required.

3. Quality Assurance & Operational Standards

• Conduct regular checks on food quality, cleanliness,food safety and hygiene.
• Monitor compliance with company Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs).
• Ensure proper temperature records, cleaning schedulesand food safety documentation are maintained.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend correctiveactions.
• Follow up on customer complaints and service qualityconcerns.
• Support internal audits and preparation for regulatoryinspections.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably inhospitality, F&B or business administration.
• Preferably 2–3 years of experience in F&Boperations, outlet supervision or operational coordination.
• Experience in manpower rostering and multi-outletoperations is an advantage.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word and otheradministrative tools.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to workindependently.
• Willing to travel between Singapore outletsand provide occasional operational support outside standard office hours whenrequired.
