Operations Executive

We are an online IT hardware firm and we are looking for a well-organized and proactive Operations Executive to support our day-to-day operations and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong management abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Note: The shift hours are from 05:00 PM to 1:00 AM in the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities.
• Communicate professionally with international clients through emails, calls, and messages.
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and order coordination.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
• Maintain and organize records, reports, and operational documents.
• Assist with sourcing and coordinating computer hardware based on client requirements.
• Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Support management with various operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and systems.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in operations, administration, sales coordination, or customer service is a plus.
• Knowledge of computer hardware/IT products will be an advantage.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
