We’re looking for a Transport Operations professional who can take charge, think on their feet and make things happen! 💪

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Keep Operations Moving
Manage subcontractors and daily operations to ensure our transportation services run smoothly, safely and on time.

Be the Go-To Person
Respond quickly and effectively to subcontractor enquiries and operational matters to keep everyone on the same page.

Handle the Unexpected
Coordinate incident responses, minimise service disruptions and ensure the safety of students, drivers and stakeholders.

Keep Systems Updated
Maintain accurate and timely updates in our CMS system, including operational changes and incident records.

Be Our Eyes on the Ground
Oversee daily ground operations and make sure service quality, efficiency and company standards are always on track.

Help Plan Better Routes
Assist with transportation route planning to improve efficiency and service coverage.

Make Sense of the Numbers
Prepare and compile operational reports to support management decisions.

Build Our Vendor Network
Assist in sourcing, evaluating and managing subcontractors to maintain a strong and reliable vendor network.

Safety First!
Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure our fleet remains safe and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Be Ready for More!
Take on other duties and exciting assignments as required by your superior.

🌟 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years’ experience in operations, preferably with experience managing subcontractors or drivers.
• Experience in the private bus transportation industry is an advantage.
• Familiarity with working in a school environment is preferred.
• A people person with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and accountable — you don’t wait for problems to find you!
• Strong problem-solving, organisational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and multitasking in a busy operational environment.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on a 5-day work week.
• Able to travel between schools and our Ubi office during working hours when required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Open to Singaporeans
