Operations Executive- South Delhi Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with drivers (field staff) for vehicle pick-up and drop-off services.
• Monitor job progress, route updates, and timely task completion.
• Handle operations via our technology portal.
• Communicate with service centers, customers, and partners professionally.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly operational MIS and reports.
• Resolve issues or escalations from the field promptly.
• Assist in training and onboarding of field personnel.

Requirements :

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in support, automobile, tech logistics, or operations role. Bright & Sharp individuals with lesser experience can apply for Trainee position.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English)
• Good command of basic computer tools (Excel, email, WhatsApp, CRMs)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Experience in managing field teams or blue-collar staff is a plus
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required

Work Mode- From office based in South Delhi

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
