Job Purpose:
To ensure smooth execution of OOH advertising campaigns through coordination with internal teams, vendors, installation teams and relevant authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of OOH advertising campaigns.
• Manage printing, production, installation and dismantling activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
• Follow up on permissions and approvals required for campaign execution.
• Monitor on-ground execution, quality and maintenance of advertising assets.
• Collect Proof of Execution (POE), photographs and campaign completion reports.
• Maintain campaign trackers, documentation and MIS reports.
• Resolve execution issues and ensure adherence to timelines and company SOPs.

Requirements:

• Freshers to 2 years of experience can apply.
• Any Graduate preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits when required.

TRAVEL ALLOWANCE WILL BE PROVIDED.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
