**Operations Executive

Quezon** Full Time Job Purpose To oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes of the Center and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, service standards, compliance, and coordination with the Center Head.

Key Responsibilities

• To oversee the efficiency of operational processes of the Center.
• To monitor and report on department performance.
• To provide administrative support to the Center Head.
• To direct applicants and help/guide them with any required details.
• To ensure that applicants are attended within the permissible time to optimize process time at the reception.
• To ensure manpower staffing as per the requirement and manage the roster along with the Center Manager.
• To ensure the upkeep of the facility and inform/coordinate for rectification of any breakdown in the facility.
• To train and mentor the team and implement new processes.
• To manage escalations, incidents, non-compliances, and complaint management and provide effective resolutions along with the Center Head.
• To ensure compliance and timely updating of all regulatory approvals of the Center.
• To hand over the cash to Accounts at the end of the day.
• To maintain inventory of supplies and order new items as needed.
• To ensure the highest level of service standard and service quality are met during day-to-day operations at the Center.
• To ensure all regulatory standards are met regarding patient care, safety standards, infection control, biomedical, etc.
• To provide leadership to the operations team.
• To evaluate staff performance and identify areas for improvement or concerns.
• To develop strategies to improve operational efficiency, cost efficiency, and effectiveness of the facilities.
