Key Responsibilities
*Customer Support:* Handle customer queries, complaints, order-related issues, and provide timely assistance.
*Rider Support:* Assist delivery riders with order-related issues, coordinate deliveries, and resolve operational problems.
*Cold Calling:* Make calls to customers, vendors, and potential business partners as required.
*Daily Operations:* Monitor daily activities and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
*Issue Resolution:* Follow up on pending issues and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
Ability to handle calls and resolve issues professionally.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
