Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive with good communication skills and knowledge of MS Office. Freshers who are eager to learn and grow in a professional work environment are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational and administrative activities.
• Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation.
• Prepare and manage data using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Respond to emails and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Ensure accuracy in data entry and maintain proper documentation.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Support the team in completing operational tasks within deadlines.

Eligibility Criteria

• HSC (12th Pass), undergraduate, and graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Good coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
