Operations Executive

We are looking for a confident, professional, and well-spoken individual to join our team as a Client Communication & Operations Executive.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a professional approach to handling clients, and the ability to manage daily business operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients professionally through calls, emails, and messages.
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and coordination.
• Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain client records and provide timely updates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Professional attitude with good problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and online communication tools.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
