Operations Executive

Job Designation: Operations Executive

Location: Bhandup

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily pest control operations and ensure technicians are trained, certified, and properly equipped.
• Conduct daily team briefings on safety, job instructions, and service requirements.
• Monitor service quality, schedules, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct a minimum of 15 customer visits per week, including pest audits and complaint inspections.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety guidelines, and proper pesticide handling.
• Manage material stock, consumption, equipment maintenance, and cost control.
• Resolve customer complaints, identify root causes, and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct technician performance assessments and provide coaching and training.
• Monitor service and product leads, operational costs, and branch performance.
• Maintain accurate service records and report operational issues to the Branch Manager.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• 100% completion of assigned pest audits and technician assessments.
• Keep technician call-out complaints below 3 per month.
• Ensure 100% technician training and certification within company timelines.
• Achieve material consumption targets.
• Score above 90% in online assessments.

Qualification and Skills

• B.Sc. in Chemistry, Zoology, or Agriculture.
• Experience in pest management or service operations preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and company systems such as iCABS and iAuditor.
• Strong communication, team management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
