About the role
Operations Executive to oversee field soil investigation and instrumentation works and keep project operations running smoothly, while supporting the company's business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage instrumentation works and ensure field activities run smoothly
- Liaise with contractors and clients on ongoing works, and gather feedback to improve our services
- Identify new market opportunities to grow AGS's business
- Prepare and submit quotations, and follow up on enquiries, including GeBIZ tenders, to grow and improve AGS's revenue
- Hold regular meetings with site personnel and update management on project status, manpower allocation and site matters
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination or a similar role
- [Relevant diploma/degree, e.g., in engineering or a related field]
- Experience with quotations and tenders (GeBIZ experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Able to work go site and communicate with workers when required
- Preferrably chinese speaking
