Job Overview

We are looking for an organized and proactive

Operations Executive

to oversee daily business workflow, streamline operational processes, and ensure cross-departmental coordination. You will play a vital role in optimizing resources, managing logistics/vendor relations, and driving operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Workflow Management:
Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and in alignment with company standards.

Process Optimization:
Identify process inefficiencies, implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), and continuously work to improve productivity.

Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination:
Manage inventory levels, maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers, and oversee procurement requirements.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure all operations strictly adhere to local regulatory standards, safety policies, and internal quality metrics.

Reporting & Data Entry:
Maintain accurate operational records, generate weekly/monthly reports, and report key insights to senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience

in an operations, administrative, or supervisory role.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Sound analytical, problem-solving, and inventory management capabilities.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with POS, inventory management is a plus.
