Operations Executive

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Operations Executive to support the day-to-day running of our gym, ensure our facilities are well-maintained, and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and member satisfaction. Responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management

Oversee the use, care, maintenance, and record-keeping of gym facilities, equipment, and operational assets to ensure safety and functionality

Identify and implement improvements in operational processes, facilities, and technologies to enhance efficiency and member experience

Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for facility maintenance, cleanliness, and daily operations

Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing to keep facilities and equipment safe and in good working condition

Monitor gym cleanliness and upkeep to meet required standards consistently

Assess facility conditions regularly and propose enhancements to improve the gym environment

Support the development and consistent application of operational procedures across daily activities

Customer Service & Member Experience

Welcome and engage members and guests during check-in to provide a positive first impression

Assist members with enquiries promptly and professionally

Address customer feedback and operational concerns efficiently, escalating issues when necessary

Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive experience for all members

Working Hours

Work shifts allocated based on business needs, including opening and closing duties, weekends, and public holidays as per roster
