factoHR is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Operations Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle PF & ESIC data processing and verification
• Prepare exception reports, cost center reports, and MIS reports
• Manage challan calculations, filings, and statutory returns
• Process PF claims, withdrawals, and transfers
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain operational records
• Resolve client queries related to compliance and operations
• Ensure smooth and accurate operational workflow management

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and analytical abilities
• Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, and compliance processes
• Good accounting and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong learning ability
• Ability to manage reporting and coordination tasks efficiently

Qualification:

• MBA (HR/Finance preferred)
• Freshers can also apply
