Operations Executive

Work Timings : 2 PM - 10 PM (Evening Shift)
Saturdays off.

Tnnd-Out is a fast-growing fashion brand focused on creating bold, distinctive pieces for the modern wardrobe. We are looking for a highly organised Operations & Customer Care Coordinator to join our team and support the daily functioning of our e-commerce and fulfilment processes.

This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify daily orders, ensuring correct details and tagging.
• Coordinate with production, packaging, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order processing.
• Maintain daily dispatch and miscellaneous tracking sheets.
• Monitor shipments from dispatch to delivery and resolve any delivery issues.
• Update and maintain inventory levels across the system.
• Assist in responding to order-related customer queries via email and other channels.
• Support preparation of sales and stock performance summaries.
• Assist with product launches, including backend setup and coordination.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and initiative.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Shopify, Google Sheets, and Email.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and customer queries simultaneously.
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced situations.

Preferred

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, e-commerce, or customer support (freshers with strong organisational skills are welcome to apply).

Job Type: Full-time | Hybrid

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

• Shahpur Jat, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
