Job Summary

We are looking for a technically sound Operations Executive to manage and monitor technical operations at residential apartment communities. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of facility management systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical staff to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily technical operations at residential apartment sites.
• Supervise maintenance activities related to electrical, plumbing, pumps, DG sets, lifts, and other building equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of STP, WTP, RO plants, and fire safety systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely closure of technical complaints.
• Coordinate with Facility Managers, technicians, vendors, and service providers.
• Maintain equipment records, maintenance logs, checklists, and technical reports.
• Monitor breakdowns, identify root causes, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory maintenance requirements.
• Track pending complaints, maintenance costs, spare parts, and vendor service activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.

Technical Skills Required

• Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, pumps, motors, and DG sets.
• Basic understanding of STP, WTP, RO, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and equipment manuals.
• Familiarity with facility management software, maintenance checklists, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of experience in technical operations or facility management.
• Experience in residential apartment or commercial facility management is preferred.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel between sites as required.

Preferred Candidate: A hands-on technical professional with strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to coordinate site teams, and a focus on preventive maintenance and operational efficiency.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
