Operations Executive

• To prepare contracts, delivery orders, invoices, and other Sales related documents
• Liaise on shipment arrangement and preparation of shipping documentation
• Attend to customers' sales inquiries and feedback
• Follow up with the customer on outstanding payments
• Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
• Prepare routine sales reports for management review
• Manage Sales Operations paperwork and any related sales administrative duties
• Support sales department with other ads hoc administrative tasks.
• Monitor delivery schedules, verification of supplier’s documentation and payments
• Assist in inventory management and warehouse stock monitoring
• Liaise with the Supply chain team on production scheduling and quality standards

Promptly resolve ad-hoc operations issues

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills and strong command of English and Mandarin
• Good Follow-up and Coordination Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in using accounting software
• Able to work independently as well as a good team player
• Able to meet tight deadlines and contribute to the development of the company
