Operations Executive (Customer Service)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and provide professional support for the Let's Park platform via phone and the Company's omnichannel platform
• Assist customers with parking plans, bookings, renewals, promotions and related enquiries
• Follow up sales opportunities and recommend suitable parking solutions to drive booking conversions
• Process daily administrative tasks, including order management, refunds, vehicle plate updates and account maintenance
• Maintain parking inventory and system information, including quotas, pricing and promotional settings
• Coordinate with internal teams and car park operators to resolve customer issues and ensure service excellence

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service or related disciplines
• 2-3 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Call Centre or E-commerce operations
• Experience in parking, property, automotive, membership or subscription businesses is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude
• Detail-minded with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
