Operations Executive / Customer Service Executive

Salary: Basic S$1,800–S$2,500 + AWS + Medical Benefits
Working Hours: 5, 5.5 or 6 days per week, capped at 44 hours/week
Location: Islandwide across 16 outlets

We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-focused Operations / Customer Service Executive to support the daily operations of a leading dance academy.

You will work closely with students, parents and teachers, ensuring classes, enrolments and daily administrative activities run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from parents, students and the public.
• Manage daily administration for students and teachers.
• Prepare invoices and assist with payment matters.
• Coordinate class schedules, arrangements and teacher assignments.
• Maintain student records and term reports.
• Manage inventory and stock records for dancewear and academy supplies.
• Handle new student enrolments and class registrations.
• Promote and assist with sales of dance courses, programmes and dancewear.
• Support the smooth running of daily academy operations.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer service or retail, preferred in Dance or performing arts background.

• Comfortable working weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays.

• Able to work effectively in a busy, customer-facing environment.
