Job Context Lozbi Limited is looking for a responsible and experienced E-commerce Content and Operations Executive to manage product information, online orders, stock updates, and courier operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and be able to maintain accuracy in day-to-day online activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Update product prices, stock availability, product information, specifications, and other necessary content on the company website and online sales channels.
• Receive, verify, process, and maintain online customer orders accurately.
• Regularly monitor online stock and ensure product availability is updated correctly.
• Create courier delivery entries and maintain accurate shipment information through courier merchant panels/software.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for product availability, order preparation, packing, and timely dispatch.
• Track dispatched orders and monitor Delivered, Pending, Returned, Cancelled, and Exchange status.
• Coordinate with courier service providers regarding delivery delays, returns, failed deliveries, and other delivery-related issues.
• Maintain proper records of online orders, courier dispatches, deliveries, returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
• Prepare basic order, stock, and delivery-related reports as required.
• Perform other day-to-day e-commerce operational activities assigned by management.
