Operations Executive – Education Group

We are looking for an energetic, aggressive and highly driven Operations Executive to join our growing education group.

Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. We value attitude, initiative and willingness to learn more than years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily operations across our education centres.
• Liaise closely with Principals and branch teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits to ensure SOPs and standards are followed.
• Monitor and track branch performance, identify issues and follow up on improvements.
• Plan and coordinate company events and activities.
• Research and identify suitable venues based on event requirements and budget.
• Liaise with venue PICs to coordinate event flow, setup, logistics and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events run smoothly.
• Travel outstation when required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Management, Operations or related fields.
• Fresh graduates with a strong and energetic personality are welcome.
• Aggressive, proactive, independent and results-oriented.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Willing to travel outstation when required.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Possess own transport is preferred.
• Chinese speaking is an advantage.
