Operations Executive (English Required)

Pendulum limited is a leading specialist retailer and distributor of exclusive timepieces. In view of our expansion plans, we are now seeking a few highly committed and capable professional to take on the position of:Operations Executive

Location: Bangkok Branch

What You’ll Contribute

• Assist Manager with daily operations and retail projects including store renovations/openings, customer engagement, promotions and events
• To be a primary contact for external partners regarding boutique operations including maintenance, security, cleaning and suppliers
• Be able to manage and utilize customer data, including handling customer enquiries via CRM system and other communication channels promptly and professionally
• Coordinate retail events, activations and VIP client services across boutiques and department stores. Compile data for retail reports as needed (e.g., promotional campaigns, pending services/order items and department store sales reports)
• Provide hands-on support to sales teams to ensure smooth and effective execution of retail initiatives
• Work closely with HR and cross-functional teams to keep operations aligned with company SOPs
• Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities as needed to help achieve overall business goals
• Performs any other duties assigned by Manager

Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in retail operations or marketing support (luxury/premium sector preferred) with experience in the watch sector is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Thai to coordinate with HQ team, International partners and local teams
• Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office applications (HubSpot experience will be an advantage)
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability
