About the Role

Join MHG’s operations team and be the backbone of our advisory group. As an entry‑level Operations Executive, you’ll support advisors with administration, client servicing, and event logistics, all while receiving full training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle admin tasks: Documentation, filing, and compliance support.
• Assist client servicing: Schedule appointments, prepare materials, and follow up on queries.
• Manage data entry: Maintain accurate records of applications and reports.
• Coordinate with partners: Liaise with insurers and vendors for smooth processing.
• Support events: Help organize recruitment drives, workshops, and team activities.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office
