Job Scopes:
- Manage day-to-day freight forwarding operations for import and export shipments
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supervise and guide the operations team in daily work
- Resolve shipment issues and improve work processes
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Logistics, Freight or Shipping industry
- Willing to overtime when necessary
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office; TradeNet knowledge is an advantage
