Operations Executive-Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Manage branch banking operations and customer service.
• Handle customer queries, complaints and service requests.
• Manage CASA, account opening, KYC and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with RBI, KYC/AML and internal banking guidelines.
• Handle cash, cheque and other branch transactions.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer grievances and service requests.
• Manage and coordinate with tellers/customer service executives.
• Support CASA acquisition and cross-selling of banking products.
• Generate referrals for Loans, Insurance, Credit Cards and other financial products.
• Maintain branch MIS and ensure operational accuracy.
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving business and service targets.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of banking/branch operations/customer service experience
• Strong knowledge of CASA, KYC and branch banking
• Good communication & customer-handling skills
• Team handling/coordination experience preferred
