Operations Executive （Iron Ore Trading）

About the role

As a member of the iron ore trading team at Winning Resources Trading (S) Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Winning International Group, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations in iron ore trading, ensuring the smooth execution of contracts, documentation, and coordination across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on routine processes such as contracts, orders, payments, and documentation, ensuring accuracy of information
• Organize and maintain various business data, records, and spreadsheets to support report preparation and system entry
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external departments to facilitate contract execution
• Assist with meeting arrangements, guest reception, document compilation, and file archiving
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, Finance, or related fields
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in iron ore contract execution and documentation handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to read both English and Chinese documents
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and equipped with a strong sense of service and team spirit
