Role Description The Operations Executive (Logistics Industry) is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila, responsible for overseeing daily logistics and transport operations. This role includes monitoring shipment schedules, coordinating with carriers and internal teams, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures. The Operations Executive will track deliveries, update systems and reports, and address operational issues to maintain service quality and timelines. The role also involves liaising with customers on shipment status, supporting continuous process improvements, and collaborating with finance and warehouse teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Salary range: PHP 22k-25k

Location: Paranaque

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and transport operations, with experience in coordinating shipments and monitoring daily workflows.
• Proficiency in using office and logistics-related software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, tracking systems) and maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers in a professional manner.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and problem-solving skills under time pressure.
• Relevant experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain; a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on-site in Metro Manila and adapt to changing operational requirements; familiarity with the Philippine logistics environment is an advantage.
