About the Role

Our client is a Singapore-based maritime company seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate daily vessel operations and support efficient voyages. You will liaise with external parties, maintain vessel position updates and keep clients informed of operational developments.

Up to $5,000 + up to 3 months VB

HQ Location: Northeast Singapore, Tai seng

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain vessel position updates.
• Support efficient vessel voyages and help keep operational costs to a minimum.
• Coordinate day-to-day operational activities and liaise with external parties to ensure smooth commercial operations.
• Update clients on vessel activities, personnel changes and fleet developments.

Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience coordinating operations in a logistics or shipping environment.

• Prior experience in ship operations is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients and external parties.

• Able to manage operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to handle the department’s shift phone and work on weekends when necessary.
